Actinidia kolomikta has become a very popular vine, primarily grown for the kiwi fruits, but has attractive foliage. 'Arctic Beauty' has leaves 4 inches long, born in purple, maturing to purple, pink and green variegation. Clusters of fragrant creamy white 1 1/2-inch flowers bloom in summer. Female plants produce oblong, yellowish green fruit, which can reach 2 inches across.
