What a wonderful winter season we have had!  Hopefully, you too found something enjoyable to do with all the snow this winter!

Things never seemed to slow down at K & K Gardens this winter.

Keith decided to expand his off-season ice skating business by offering hockey skates and figure skates for rent and sale.  He also purchased a skate sharpener, and stayed very busy keeping everyone's blades sharp. 

The ice rink "just down the street"  kept Keith in his boots most winter days.  If he wasn't home or at work, you could find him sweeping the ice, applying a fresh layer of water, or making sure everyone was enjoying themselves on the area winter attraction. 

Like previous years, the K & K Gardens staff kept busy this winter by attending several garden shows, conferences, educational seminars, and way too many garden gift exhibits.  All the much anticipated orders should start arriving soon. 

Keith won't admit it, but he ordered hundreds, if not thousands of new garden gift items for the 2011 season.  Brand new to K & K Gardens are an incredible selection of garden theme tote bags.  These tote bags come in several different sizes, garden colors & shapes. They were a HUGE hit at the Independent Garden Center show in Chicago last fall. Keith couldn't resist, but order tons of these!
 
Also new for 2011 is an expanded selection of bamboo wind chimes and birdhouses made by Cohasset.  These were popular last year, so new selections will be available again this spring.  

If you've liked the junkyard art displayed at K & K Gardens the last two years, you will be in heaven this year! 

We will be featuring over 125 different pieces of junkyard art!  Most, have never been sold to the public before.  These were another HUGE hit at a recent garden show!
