An upright branching, leafy perennial with bell shaped, nodding flowers.  Dense clusters of deep blue flowers bloom in early summer.  Blooms will fade to a very pale blue, or almost white.  Forms a thick, low-growing clump and the flowering stems bearing eye catching blooms hover above the foliage.  A natural attraction for bees, butterflies, and and birds.

These spring to fall flowering beauties prefer rich, well drained soil and full to partial sun.
