Plant Type: Hostas

(Solberg, M. Zilis 2002) (Sport of ‘Tiny Tears’) Mini, (5″ X 10″) Finally a clean white-margined mini reminiscent of H. venusta. This very flat mound of green heart-shaped leaves has a surprisingly wide white margin. It has purple flowers in June.

‘Cookie Crumbs’ hosta is a pleasant and appealing sport of ‘Tiny Tears’ with white edges and is easily used in gardens and containers. This hosta is very versatile due to its fast growth rate and compact size. It is a great hosta for containers and troughs. ‘Cookie Crumbs’ also makes a great hosta for the border of the garden due to the good growth rate. It can get lost by larger hostas if planted to close. Pale lavender flowers bloom in mid July on 16-inch scapes.
