Now a Foxglove with more reliable first-year blooming, along with heavy second year blooming. Tubular cream-colored late spring through summer flowers have a white-rimmed dark throat speckling and even secondary spikes are held on sturdy stems.  Biennial. Fast growth to 1 foot tall, 3 to 4 feet or more in bloom, 24 to 30 inches wide. Full to partial sun.
