A new blushing hosta from Dan Heims, founder of Terra Nova Nursery. ‘Liam’s Smile’ comes from different genetic lines than other blushing plants. Ruffled, olive-green leaves are held on wine-red petioles that bleed into the veins. In northern gardens, cool spring temperatures can turn the leaf edges of Hosta ‘Liam’s Smile’ purple, and even the entire plant purple! This is a very attractive hosta.
